89. שירותי פינוי לצרכן זכאי
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)חברה תספק שירותי פינוי לצרכן זכאי עד פעמיים בחודש ובלבד שהגיש בקשה לכך ועמד בכל התנאים המפורטים בסעיף 91.
(ב)החברה תספק לבקשת הצרכן הזכאי שירותי פינוי מעבר לפעמיים בחודש (להלן – ביקור נוסף) ובלבד שהצרכן הזכאי עמד בתנאים המפורטים בסעיפים 91 ו־94.
