18. אישור רפואי
(א)לא יוביל אדם לחם ולא ירשה לאחר להוביל לחם, אלא אם המוביל מחזיק אישור בכתב מאת רופא –
(1)שאין הוא חולה באחת המחלות המנויות בסעיף 17;
(2)שאין הוא חולה בשחפת ריאות.
(ב)תקפו של אישור כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) הוא לשנה אחת מיום נתינתו.
