6. תהליך הייצור
(א)לא ייצר אדם בשר טחון אלא בתהליך אחד רצוף.
(ב)היתה הפסקה בפעולות הייצור שארכה למעלה משעה אחת, יועבר הבשר למיתקן קירור שבו הטמפרטורה לא תעלה על 2 מעלות צלזיוס.
