תובענה שחזרו וערערו על פסק דין שניתן בה, לאחר שהוחזרה מאת בית הדין הרבני אל בית דין אזורי עקב ערעור קודם של אותו מערער – אין המערער חייב בתשלום אגרה על כל ערעור נוסף על הראשון.
