22. פטור האפוטרופוס הכללי
(א)נדרש הליך או ענין על ידי האפוטרופוס הכללי, לא יידרש לשלם אגרה בעדם על פי תקנות אלה אם הגיש לבית הדין בשעת הדרישה הצהרה, כי ברכוש האדם המתנהל על ידיו ושלגביו נדרש ההליך או הענין אין כספים לתשלום האגרה; אולם חייב הוא בתשלום האגרה האמורה כשהגיעו לידיו כספים כאמור.
(ב)הוראות התקנה 19 יחולו על תשלום אַגרות כאמור, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
