24. אגרות – חלק מפסק הדין
כל האַגרות ייגבו על פי פסק דין, צו או החלטה אחרת שניתנו באותו משפט ממי שנתחייב בהן בהוצאות המשפט ובמידה שנתחייב כאמור ללא צורך בפסק מיוחד.
