3. חובת תשלום האגרה
תיקון: תשל״ח, תש״ם, תשמ״א, תשנ״ג
(א)לא ייזקק בית דין להליך או לענין מן המפורטים בתוספת הראשונה, אלא אם שולמה בעדם תחילה, לפי הוראות תקנות אלה, האגרה הקבועה בתוספת הראשונה והשניה או אם הוחלט לדחות את תשלום האגרה או לנהוג על דרך אחרת.
(ב)אי־תשלום אגרה, כולה או מקצתה, אין בו כדי לבטל מעשה בית הדין בדיעבד.
(ג)(בוטלה).
(ד)(בוטלה).
