13. קבלת החלטות בידי מנהל הרשות
מנהל הרשות יבחן את המלצות הוועדה המייעצת ויחליט בתוך 15 ימי עסקים מיום קבלתן בידיו אם לקבלן, לדחותן או לקבלן בשינויים; המנהל יעביר עותק מהחלטתו לחברה ולצרכן הביתי בתוך 7 ימי עסקים מהיום שבו התקבלה; המליצה הוועדה המייעצת לאשר לחברה לבצע פעולת ניתוק אספקת מים בנכסו של צרכן ביתי או כל פעולה אחרת לפי סעיף 8, ומנהל הרשות קיבל את המלצתה, ישלח מנהל הרשות לצרכן הביתי את נימוקיו, ובכלל זה את נימוקי הוועדה המייעצת.
