23. הצמדה
הסכום הקבוע בסעיף 6(א)(1) יעודכן ב־1 בינואר פעם בשנתיים, ולגבי העדכון הראשון – ביום ג׳ בטבת התשע״ז (1 בינואר 2017) (בסעיף זה – יום העדכון), לפי שיעור השינוי של מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה (בסעיף זה – המדד) הידוע ביום העדכון לעומת המדד שהיה ידוע ביום תחילתם של כללים אלה; הסכום האמור יעוגל לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של 50 שקלים חדשים; מנהל הרשות יפרסם הודעה על הסכום המעודכן ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט.
