3. סמכות החברה לגבות החוב
אין בפעולה או באי־פעולה של חברה לניתוק אספקת מים לפי כללים אלה כדי לפטור את הצרכן מתשלום מלוא חובותיו לחברה או לגרוע מסמכות החברה לפעול לגביית החוב בכפוף לכל דין.
