1. הגדרות
בצו זה, ”תקבולי ביטוח סוציאלי“ – תקבולי ביטוח סוציאלי המתקבלים בישראל מרשויות מדינה זרה ואינם חייבים מכח דין במס במדינה המשלמת, למעט תקבולים כאמור שאינם חייבים במס מכח אמנה שבה נקבע כי התקבולים חייבים במס בארץ המושב בלבד.
