Section 4 of תקנות הגנת הצומח (יבוא צמחים, מוצרי צמחים, נגעים ואמצעי לוואי), התשס״ט–2009, אגרות בקשה לרישיון והעתק רישיון.
4. אגרות בקשה לרישיון והעתק רישיון
(א)עם הגשת בקשה למתן רישיון לפי תקנה 3, ישלם המבקש אגרה כמצוין בתוספת השמינית.
(ב)לא תשולם אגרה לפי תקנת משנה (א) על בקשה למשלוח טובין שהמנהל נתן בגינם רישיון לפי תקנה 10(ב).
(ג)בעד מתן העתק רישיון תשולם אגרה כמצוין בתוספת השמינית.
(ד)המנהל רשאי לפטור מתשלום אגרות בקשה לרישיון והעתק רישיון למשלוח טובין המיועד למוסדות צדקה.
