2. סוג האמצעי הטכנולוגי
תיקון: תשפ״ב־6
אמצעי כאמור בסעיף 1 יהיה אחת או יותר מהמערכות המפורטות להלן שאישר השר לביטחון הפנים לפי סמכותו מכוח סעיף 22יז לחוק, כמפורט לצד כל מערכת:
(1)מערכת ”ההסכמון המשודרג“ של משטרת ישראל, כפי שאישר השר לביטחון הפנים ביום כ׳ באב התשפ״א (29 ביולי 2021);
(2)”מערכת שיחת וידאו יזומה“, כפי שאישר השר לביטחון הפנים ביום כ״ז בכסלו התשפ״ב (1 בדצמבר 2021).
