4. חייב בתשלום שמסר פרטים מזהים שגויים
תיקון: תשפ״ז
חייב בתשלום שמסר פרטים מזהים לצורך חיובו כחייב חד־פעמי, ונתברר כי פרט מהפרטים שמסר אינו נכון, שלם או מדויק – יראו אותו כחייב רגיל.
(החל מיום 15.12.2026): חייב בתשלום שמסר פרטים מזהים לצורך חיובו כחייב חד־פעמי או חייב רגיל שמסר פרטים מזהים בהסכם המצאה דיגיטלית, ונתברר כי פרט מהפרטים שמסר אינו נכון, שלם או מדויק – יראו אותו כחייב רגיל בלא הסכם המצאה דיגיטלית.
