14ד. הוראות לדוגם מרחוק לעניין צילום ותיעוד בדיקה ביתית עצמית מפוקחת מרחוק
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
לא יבצע דוגם מרחוק צילום לפי סימן זה אלא אם כן התקיימו כל אלה:
(1)הדוגם מרחוק יודיע לנבדק על אפשרותו להיערך לצילום לפני התחלתו ועל המועדים ומשך הזמן שבהם הוא נדרש להפעיל תיעוד חזותי או קולי;
(2)הצילום יימשך רק במהלך זיהוי הנבדק וביצוע הבדיקה.
