2. אופן חיוב חייבים
חייב יכול שיחויב באחת מאלה:
(1)חייב רשום – לפי הסכם;
(2)חייב רגיל – לפי חשבון, על סמך פרטי הרכב והחייב ברישומי רשות הרישוי;
(3)בעל פיקדון – בפירעון מתוך הפיקדון, לגבי חלק החיוב שהסכומים בפיקדון מספיקים לכיסויו.
