6. המען להמצאת חשבון
(א)המען להמצאת חשבון לחייב הוא אחד מאלה, לפי העניין:
(1)חייב רשום – המען שמסר בהסכם;
(2)חייב רגיל – מענו הרשום ברישומי רשות הרישוי, במועד יצירת החיוב האחרון מבין החיובים הכלולים בחשבונו.
