5. פעולה של מפעיל
(א)אלה הפעולות שייעשו בידי המפעיל, או מי שהוא הסמיך לענין זה:
(1)הפקת קובץ רישום;
(2)קריאת התרעה על תקלה במערכת כאמור בתקנה 3 ומועדה;
(3)תיקון תקלה כאמור ומועדו.
(ב)מי שעשה פעולה מהפעולות המפורטות בתקנת משנה (א), יאשר בכתב את ביצועה ואת מועד הביצוע; לענין זה, ”אישור בכתב“ – לרבות רישום במערכת.
