15. פקודת האריסים (הגנה) אינה חלה
הוראות פקודת האריסים (הגנה) (פרק ל״ח) לא תחולנה על אדמות מוברות המעובדות לפי תקנות אלה, והמעבד לא יהיה זכאי להגנה הניתנת לפי הוראות אותה פקודה.
