22. איסור שימוש באדמה מוברה ללא רשות שר החקלאות
(א)לא יתפוס אדם, לא יעבד ולא ישתמש שלא בהתאם לתקנות אלה, באדמה מוברה, מקור מים או מיתקן מים או רכוש אחר ששר החקלאות קיבל לחזקתו, מבלי שנטל מקודם רשות בכתב מאת שר החקלאות.
(ב)כל העובר על הוראות תקנה זו, דינו מאסר עד ששה חדשים או קנס עד מאה לירות, או שני הענשים כאחד.
