8. נאמנות
(א)שר האוצר ישמש בתור נאמן עבור בעל האדמה המוברה והרכוש האחר, ששר החקלאות קיבל לחזקתו לפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי להעביר את סמכויותיו לפי תקנת משנה (א) לאדם אחר, כולן או מקצתן.
