5. טיפול באניות
כעבור שבעה ימים מיום ההכרזה כאמור יוכל המפקח:
(א)למשות את אנית המכשול מהמים, להעבירה ממקומה, לתקנה, לפרקה או להרסה, כולה או מקצתה, או לעשות אחת או יותר מהפעולות האלה.
(ב)למכרה, כולה או מקצתה, ובמחיר שיתקבל על דעתו, ובין לפני התיקון או אחריו, הכל בדרך שימצא לנכון.
מכירה של אניה, בהתאם לתקנות אלה מקנה לקונה, ללא כל ערעור, זכות בעלות מלאה על האניה.
