30. חובת התייעצות
על אף האמור בצו זה ובהוראות וכללים על פיו יהיו הועדה, ראש מינהל השירות וראש רשות מקומית, חייבים בהתייעצות עם ארגון העובדים המייצג את המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים במדינה ועם נציגות עובדי הרשויות המקומיות בכל ענין לפי צו זה אשר בו היו חייבים או נוהגים להיוועץ עמם לפני פרסום צו זה ברשומות (להלן – יום הפרסום).
