7. החלטות הועדה
החלטות הועדה יובאו לפני השר והוא רשאי, תוך 60 יום מיום שהובאו לפניו, לשנותן או לבטלן; ואולם כל עוד לא שונו או בוטלו על ידי השר או על ידי הועדה יבצע אותן ראש מינהל השירות.
