5. היקף השירות
השירות המשפטי שיינתן על פי תקנות אלה יכלול –
(1)ייעוץ משפטי ועריכת מסמכים משפטיים;
(2)ייצוג בפני בית דין לעבודה;
(3)תשלום ההוצאות הכרוכות במתן השירות המשפטי, שלדעת ראש הלשכה היה הכרח להוציאן, כאמור בתוספת הראשונה לתקנות הסיוע המשפטי, או לפי הסדר אחר שבין המדינה לבין המוסד.
