10. בקורת כלי הטיס והציוד בבית ספר
(א)בעל בית ספר ימציא למנהל לפי דרישתו את כלי הטיס והציוד המשמשים לצרכי הוראת טיס בבית ספרו לשם בדיקה ובקורת.
(ב)המנהל רשאי בכל עת סבירה להיכנס לבית ספר לשם –
(1)בדיקת כלי הטיס, הציוד והמיתקנים ובקורתם;
(2)בקורת שיטות ההוראה והתאמתן לתכנית הלימודים;
(3)בדיקת קיומן של הוראות תקנות אלה.
