23. ביטול רשיון בית ספר או הסמכה
(א)הוכח למנהל כי בעל בית ספר לא מילא אחר תקנות אלה, רשאי הוא לבטל את הרשיון או את ההסמכה.
(ב)בעל בית ספר יחזיר למנהל את הרשיון או ההסמכה שבוטלו, תוך חמישה ימים מיום שנשלחה אליו בדואר רשום הודעת המנהל על הביטול.
