(א)תקנות 4(3א), (5) ו־(6), 5א, 6(ב) ו־19א עד 19ה הותקנו לפי סעיף 166 לחוק.
(ב)יראו את תקנה 11 כאילו הותקנה לפי סעיף 166 לחוק.
