9. דיווח על הגשת תובענה
הוגשה תובענה כנגד העמותה או כנגד חבר ועד העמותה מתוקף תפקידו כחבר ועד, תדווח העמותה לרשם לפי טופס 11 שבתוספת; בדיווח יצוינו הצדדים לתובענה, סוג ההליך, מספר ההליך, בית המשפט שבו הוא מתנהל, עילת התובענה והמועד שבו הוגשה.
