8. חובת ביטוח – תנאי לרישיון בית ספר
המנהל לא ייתן רישיון לבית ספר לעובדי טיס להדרכה לשם קבלת רישיון טייס או הגדר שבו ולא יחדש רישיון כאמור למבקש רישיון או חידושו שלא הציג אישור קיום ביטוח כי קיים חוזה ביטוח תקף בינו לבין המבטח, בגבולות האחריות ובתנאים המפורטים בתקנות אלה.
