7. גבית התרומות
(1)רשות הכפר תמסור לכל תושב בר־מסים שלא מסר לה את המודעה הנזכרת בסעיף 5(2) או שאינו עובד במפעל, מודעה הדורשת מאתו לפרוע את התרומה המגיעה ממנו.
(2)אם לא שולמה התרומה במשך עשרים יום מיום מסירת המודעה, גובין אותה כדרך שגובין מסים המגיעים לממשלה.
