100. הגשת פירוט חדש
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)הרשם רשאי לדרוש ממי שהורשה לתקן פירוט לפי הוראות פרק זה שיגיש את פירוט הפטנט בהתאם להוראות תקנות משנה 22(א) עד 22(א2); על פירוט שיוגש כאמור למלא אחר דרישות החלק השני לתקנות אלה לגבי הפירוט וצורתו.
(ב)נדרש בעל הפטנט להגיש פירוט חדש כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא ירשום הרשם את דבר התיקון בפנקס כל עוד לא הוגש הפירוט.
