110. איחור בתשלום אגרת חידוש
לא שילם בעל הפטנט את אגרות החידוש החלות לגבי הפטנט העיקרי, בתקופה שבה היה הוא רשאי להגיש בקשה לפי תקנה 109, רשאי הוא לשלם את אגרת החידוש לא יאוחר מתום התקופה האמורה.
