בקשה לעיון מחדש ברשיון כפיה שניתן תוגש לרשם בכתב בצירוף האגרה שנקבעה לבקשת רשיון כפיה, ובעל הפטנט יפרט בכתב טענותיו את העובדות עליהן הוא סומך את בקשתו ויצרף את הראיות לביסוסן.
