128. חומר הבחינה בדינים
הבחינה תיערך בעל פה בנושאים הבאים:
(1)דיני הפטנטים, המדגמים וסימני המסחר בישראל;
(2)עיקרי דיני זכות היוצרים בישראל;
(3)עיקרי הדינים המהותיים של הפטנטים, המדגמים וסימני המסחר בארצות התעשייתיות;
(4)עיקרי הדינים הבין־לאומיים בשטח ההגנה על הקנין הרוחני והתעשייתי;
(5)דיני ראיות במידה הדרושה לניהול הליכים בפני הרשם.
