135. הוכחת ידיעות בדרך אחרת
רצה אדם להוכיח כי יש לו הידיעות הדרושות, כאמור בסעיף 143(ג) לחוק, בחלקן או במלואן, כיוון שרכש אותן במוסד להשכלה גבוהה או במוסד אחר בלימודים סדירים וניתנה לו תעודה על כך, רשאי להגיש בקשה לשר המשפטים ויצרף לה את המסמכים התומכים בבקשתו.
סמכות שר המשפטים הואצלה לרשם הפטנטים (י״פ תשע״ד, 7662).
