142. אגרות שנתיות
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)עורך פטנטים הרשום בפנקס ישלם, לפני האחד בינואר שבכל שנה את האגרה השנתית שנקבעה.
(ב)בעד פיגור בתשלום האגרה תשולם תוספת בשיעור של 5% לכל חודש שבו פיגרו בתשלום או חלק ממנו; עורך פטנטים שלא שילם את האגרה חמש שנים, יימחק שמו מן הפנקס.
