155. הגשת הודעת ערר
תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשע״ו
(א)ערר על פי סעיפים 96 או 101 לחוק יהיה בדרך הודעה שתוגש לרשם.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנה 10א, ערר יוגש לפי תקנה 11 בלבד ובארבעה עותקים; על הגשת הודעת ערר ותשובה לערר לא תחול תקנה 11(ד).
