יושב ראש הועדה יקבע, תוך חדשיים מיום הגשת הודעת הערר, מועד לשמיעת הערר, וימסור לעורר ולמשיב הודעה מוקדמת של חמישה עשר יום לפחות בדבר המועד שקבע כאמור.
