162. דיון שלא בפני בעל הדין
הוזמנו בעלי דין כדין ולא התייצבו לפני הועדה במועד שנקבע לשמיעת הערר או במועד שנדחה לפי תקנה 166, יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)התייצב העורר ולא התייצב המשיב, רשאית הועדה לדחות את שמיעת הערר או לשמוע את הערר שלא בפני המשיב;
(2)לא התייצב העורר, רשאית הועדה לדחות את שמיעת הערר או לבטל את הערר.
