185. אי התייצבות בשעת הבירור
נמסרה לצדדים הודעה כדין ולא התייצבו לפני הועדה במועד שנקבע לבירור הבקשה או במועד שנדחה לפי תקנה 182, יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)התייצב המבקש ולא התייצב המשיב, רשאית הועדה לדחות את הדיון או לדון בבקשה ולהחליט בה;
(2)לא התייצב המבקש, רשאית הועדה לדחות את הדיון או לבטל את הבקשה.
