189. סיכום טענות בכתב
תיקון: תשע״ו
הרשם רשאי לדרוש מכל מבקש או בעל דין שלפניו לסכם בכתב את טענותיו שטען אותו אדם בפניו, ואם דרש כך חייב מי שנדרש למלא אחר הדרישה בתוך המועד שהורה לו הרשם ובלבד שלא יפחת מחודש מיום הדרישה.
