201. רישום עורכי פטנטים שהיו סוכני פטנטים
(א)בקשה להירשם כעורך פטנטים לפי סעיף 196 לחוק תוגש לרשם בכתב, והרשם יאשר את דבר ההגשה.
(ב)הוגשה בקשה על ידי אדם שסעיף 196(2) לחוק דן בו והיה הרשם סבור כי אותו אדם לא עסק בהיקף ניכר בעבודה שנתייחדה בחוק לעורך פטנטים, יודיע לו הרשם על כך בכתב ויתן לו הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו בפניו, ובלבד שימציא לרשם, שבעה ימים לפני המועד שנקבע לשמיעת טענותיו, ראיות שיש בהן כדי לבסס את טענותיו.
