46. בקשה להשמיע טענות
תיקון: תשמ״ו
(א)סירב הרשם לבקשה כאמור בתקנה 45, רשאי המבקש תוך חודש מיום מתן ההודעה להגיש בקשה להשמיע את טענותיו לפני הרשם בצירוף האגרה שנקבעה.
(ב)אין בהוראת תקנת משנה (א) ותקנות 44 ו־45 לגרוע מזכותו של מבקש להשיג בפני הרשם על החלטת בוחן, כאמור בסעיף 161 לחוק, לאחר כל הודעה שנמסרה לו לפי פרק זה.
