58. כתב טענות וראיות מטעם המתנגד
(א)תוך חודש מיום ההודעה לפי תקנה 57 יגיש המתנגד לרשם את כתב טענותיו, ובו יפרט את העילות להתנגדות, את העובדות שעליהן הוא סומך את טענותיו ואת הסעד המבוקש.
(ב)המתנגד רשאי לצרף לכתב טענותיו את ראיותיו.
(ג)לא היה בדעת המתנגד להגיש ראיות, יודיע על כך בכתב טענותיו.
