90. סירוב הבקשה
(א)לא שוכנע הרשם כי יש לקבל את הבקשה להחזר תקפו של פטנט, יודיע על כך למבקש, ורשאי המבקש, תוך חודש ממתן ההודעה, לבקש להשמיע טענותיו בפני הרשם.
(ב)לא ביקש המבקש להשמיע טענותיו יראו אותו כאילו זנח את בקשתו.
