3. סגולות הכשרה לקבלת רשיון
תיקון: [1934]
ואלה הן סגולות ההכשרה הנדרשות מכל העוסק בסרסרות –
(א)שיהא בן עשרים שנה לפחות;
(ב)שלא נתחייב מעולם בדין על פשע או עוון;
(ג)שקנה לעצמו שם־טוב כאיש ישר ונאמן;
(ד)שהביא תעודת אופי הגון משני סוחרים בעלי שם של אותו המקום אשר בו רוצה הוא לנהל את עסקיו.
