2. העסקת קרובי משפחה
תיקון: תשס״ז, תשע״ד
לא תקבל החברה מועמד אדם לעבודה, אם עובד באותה חברה קרוב משפחה שלו –
(1)המועסק בה בתפקיד בכיר כמשמעותו בחוק או בתפקיד המדורג באחת משש דרגות השכר הגבוהות בחברה, בכל סולם שכר הנוהג בחברה;
(2)כשהתפקיד המוצע לו הוא תפקיד בכיר כמשמעותו בחוק או תפקיד המדורג באחת משש דרגות השכר הגבוהות בחברה, בכל סולם שכר הנוהג בחברה;
(3)ושיעור קרובי המשפחה המועסקים בחברה עולה על 5% מכלל עובדי החברה.
