25. בחירת ועדות והרכבתן
המועצה רשאית לבחור – מבין חבריה, מבין עובדי האיגוד או מבין אנשים מתאימים אחרים – ועדות קבועות או ארעיות שתפקידן לטפל בענינים או במקרים מסויימים, ככל שתטיל עליהן המועצה, ובלבד שמחצית מחברי ועדה יהיו חברי המועצה.
