תיקון: תשנ״ב
דין וחשבון לתקופה רבעונית על מצבה הכספי של הרשות שעל ראש הרשות למסור למועצת הרשות על פי סעיף 140ב(א) לפקודת העיריות, וסעיף 112ב(א) לצו המועצות המקומיות (א), התשי״א–1950, יוכן בצורה ובנוסח שקבע רואה החשבון לעיריות, תוך שלושים ימים מתום התקופה הרבעונית לגביה נערך הדין וחשבון.
